Operation notes

1, Installation of saw belt, pay attention to the direction of the saw blade, in the right side of the cutting surface saw teeth downward.

2, Scraper blade to press the saw blade but not contact saw teeth, otherwise it will increase the noise, reduce the life of saw blade.

3, When the bone sawing machine is not in use, loosen the handle with tension on the top of the machine for 2 turns, and tighten the handle when the machine is turned on next time, so that the service life of the saw blade can be prolonged.

4, When the sawing machine opens the door, the safety switch stops the machine, but the saw belt will continue to rotate under inertia. Do not touch the saw belt at this time.

5, Do not cut the meat directly by hand without any protection. Especially when sawing small meat products, the operation should be concentrated and careful.

 

Saw blade replacement procedure

1, When reinstalling the saw belt, loosen the tensioning device (counterclockwise from the upper direction of the machine) and install the new saw belt. At this time, pay attention to the direction of the saw belt, otherwise the saw belt will loose and fall off.

2, Ensure that the tape is properly installed between the scraper, top pulley, bottom pulley, and center plate, and can pass through the guide groove in the center.
