VACUUM CHUCK
Vacuum chuck is non magnetic chuck which use for various machine tools vacuum clamping. It can absorb any kinds of flat work pieces, constant adsorption capacity.
Porous Vacuum Chuck
Product features:
1. Intelligent recognition of adsorption areas, automatic closure of the holes in areas not covered by work, without the need for sealant strips.
2. It can be milled through and processed through holes.
3. It can be used with a vacuum pump or a vacuum generator in conjunction with an air compressor.
4. Strongly adsorb various non magnetic and flat surface workpieces.
Main parameters:
1. Working fluid: water-soluble cutting fluid.
2. Working vacuum: It is recommended to be below -50KP. Generally, CNC machining is recommended to be below -75KP.
3. Minimum machining workpiece: 100 * 100mm.
4. Minimum machining thickness: 3mm (there is a risk of rolling and deformation when the thickness of the workpiece is less than 3mm).
